Dr. Tamás Bellák

managing director

Tamás has more than 30 years experience in legal, business and management practice. Following a decade as in-house counsel at multinational companies and banks, as GE and ABN Amro Bank, during his practice as partner, lawyer and owner of international law firms he was involved in dozens of real estate and development deals representing clients from all over Europe and Middle East. His experience especially covered the industrial park development, commercial and residential properties. His core competence in the CEE region and Hungary is broad and significant and as representative of Chamber of Commerce Texas /Hungary, he has strong links to the US market.

Zoltán Walde

HEAD OF UNIT, DACH

Zoltán has 30 years experience as advisor and project manager in all aspects of real estate deals and development projects. Since the 1990s he has represented and supported dozens of real estate investors and developers from the DACH region to Hungary and in the CEE region.
His core competence toward Swiss and German investors is unparalleled and his presence in Austrian business is also significant. He is especially experienced in special fields like property deals and management of agricultural lands and sites of food and processing industry.

Mag. Annetta Schreiber

Head of Unit, CZ, SLO, PL, Baltics

Following her consultancy years in the 90s at multinational companies, as Citi, Ernst & Young and KPMG, Annetta worked many years at Austria’s biggest banks as senior relationship Manager coordinating of financing and investment activities of multinational companies in Russia, Hungary, Serbia, Bosnia-Hercegovina, Slovakia and the Baltic. She then managed family offices in Austria for private clients from the CEE region, Russia, Ukraine and the Baltics. Currently Annetta is coaching and consulting for SME companies and private individuals under the umbrella of her company Reshape Consulting. Her unparalleled experience with CEE investors, East Europe, and the Baltics is borned by her knowledge of almost all languages in the region, apart from her native Russian language and the close Slavic languages, she speaks with bilingual proficiency of English, German, Hungarian. She is also adjunct professor for international finance at several universities.

Tünde Dudás-Szabó

Head of Unit, Croatia Slovenia

Tünde has decades of experience in commercial and retail business and related business development projects. As the Director of Procurement of the largest multinational supermarket chain, she was involved and participated in the biggest retail investment in the CEE region. Her extraordinary connections with Croatia and Slovenia originated from her works as trading and procurement director. Currently, with her partner, she is a significant link to investment possibilities in the Croatiana and Slovenian region, from the seaside developments, through the residential projects till the commercial and retail business. Tünde has a Master’s Degree in Economics and European Studies.

Jacob Friedman

Head of Unit, Israel

Jacob has 40 years experience and practice in real estate deals. During the decades between 1990 and 2020, as the prime agent for Israeli investors, and developers, it was hard to find any Israeli property deal in Hungary and the CEE region without his association. His knowledge of Israeli investors and especially investors’ needs is unparalleled. The representation of such an important location where investors are so significant from, is a core business of EuroIM, and Jacob’s role is inevitable.

Bernadette Rétháti

Head of Unit, Spain

Bernadette is Hungarian born, and has already been living in Spain for 20 years. From the very beginning of her Spanish career, she started to work in the real estate business with the high priority of seaside properties between Barcelona and Alicante. Hence today she manages our partner company, Royal Red Properties, dealing with Spanish investments for foreigners. Offering services in all aspects of real estate business from purchasing- selling, administration, legal, financing and facility management, as well.
